    What Are S’mores Cookies?

Myers’ s’mores cookie is a special dessert treats that combines an entire s’more with a massive chocolate chip cookie. The result is crispy, gooey, and oh-so-messy—the perfect indoor approximation of a s’more. Though you’ll definitely need a fork to enjoy it, the decadent melted chocolate and crunchy golden-brown exterior more than make up for the mess.

    How to Make S’mores Cookies

In the video, Myers starts by laying two squares of graham cracker on a small piece of aluminum foil. Then, she adds Hershey’s chocolate pieces of top of each cracker, as well as a Jet-Puffed marshmallow that she has lightly pressed out to lay flat.

Now that she’s made the basic s’mores, it’s time to kick it up a notch—with cookie dough! She rolls two pre-portioned pieces of packaged cookie dough together, then spreads them out over one of the s’mores. (Use another two balls of cookie dough for the second s’more cookie.) Finally, she pops the aluminum foil and s’mores cookies into her air fryer, where she bakes them at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
