Strategic Planning - Warden School District (2024)

Background

It is time for Warden School District to create a new Strategic Plan to guide our work over the next three to five years. The Strategic Plan is a shared understanding of Warden School District’s mission, vision, and belief statements. The process is essential for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, aligning efforts with a common vision, and ensuring that resources are effectively utilized to meet the evolving needs of students and community.

Strategic Planning process includes:

  • clarify goals for student achievement; academic and social/emotional learning
  • outline a roadmap for accomplishing the goals
  • embrace the diverse voices of all
  • leadership for courageous action at all levels

The district is currently forming a Strategic Planning Committee. Parent and community involvement is an essential part of the process. We need a wide variety of voices to envision the future for our children and community. You have been nominated to be part of the process.
