considering you can get 2 of these in one run, and they do an extra 1d6 necrotic damage, i would imagine a dual weilding build for these would be very effective.

The head of this flail is a skull with spikes sticking out of it. No special abilities besides some extra damage, but a great aesthetic for an evil character
